    Thank you for your interest in joining the UCLA Undergraduate Admission Bruin Ambassador Program for the 2018 - 2019 academic year! As a Bruin Ambassador, you will have an impactful role in the recruitment of future Bruins. This is an exciting opportunity to build your résumé and grow as a leader. We are looking for students who are innovative, passionate, and excited to be UCLA Bruins!

    Before moving forward, please make sure to review the job description and responsibilities as well as the hiring and training timeline.

    HIRING TIMELINE:
    Application Opens:Thursday, February 1
    Application Closes:Wednesday, February 21 (11:59 PM)
    Invitation to Interview:Friday, February 23 
    Interviews:Wednesday, February 28 - Friday, March 2 (you must have availability to interview on campus)
    Decisions:Monday, March 5


    TRAINING TIMELINE:
    New Hire Orientation:Friday, March 9, 5-9 PM
    Spring Team Training:Saturday, March 10, 9AM - 5PM
    Fall Team Training: September TBD 


    All new Bruin Ambassadors will be REQUIRED to:
    • Attend a paid 1.5 day training in March. During your training, you will complete hiring paperwork, review logistical information, participate in team-building activities, and review admission presentations.
    • Attend a 2 day training in September during Zero Week 

    Please note that if you are planning to study abroad for Fall Quarter 2018 and/or Spring Quarter 2019, you will not be considered for this position. Also, due to the mandatory minimum hours required to be a Bruin Ambassador, students who plan to be or are concurrently employed as Residential Advisors (RA) through the Office of Residential Life at UCLA will not be considered for the position. Finally, you must have a valid driver's license at the time of application in order to be considered for this position.
