
Thank you for your interest in scheduling a UCLA Cub Tour! Cub Tours are led by current UCLA student volunteers and will highlight academic programs, resources, and student life. Before selecting your tour date/time, please review the following important information:
- We offer group tours to students in Kindergarten - 8th grade.
- If you are requesting a tour for 9th grade and above, please submit a request to our Campus Tours program here.
- Tours are offered during the academic year (October through early June).
- This excludes holiday breaks and finals weeks.
- Tours last approximately 90 minutes.
- It is highly recommended to arrive 10 minutes early.
- Late arrivals will NOT be accommodated.
- Tours are given, rain or shine.
- The tour includes hills and stairs so please be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
To reserve a Cub Tour, please click on your preferred tour date. You will then be able to select from the possible tour times below.
Cub Tour Guidelines
- Please be aware that tours are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. As such,all remaining group tour times shown are availablein the calendar view.
- Cub Tours are reserved for elementary schools, middle schools, and community-based organizations who work with students in 8th grade level and below.
- If you are requesting a tour for students in 9th grade level and above or a Community College Group, please submit a request to our Campus Tours Program here.
- Late arrivals will NOT be accommodated.
- Late arrivals within 15 minutes of the original tour time may be accommodated depending on guide availability and prior communication with the Cub Tour Coordinators
- Late arrivals with no communication will not be accommodated and are encouraged to utilize our Self-Guided Tour resources
- One adult chaperone is required per 25 students, and the chaperone(s) are required to stay with the group for the entire duration of the tour. The chaperone(s) are responsible for maintaining the safety and wellbeing of the students throughout the tour. In accordance with UCLA’s Principles of Community and True Bruin Values, we expect that all campus visitors, including student guests, are inclusive and respectful and hold themselves and each other accountable. Chaperones should be conscious to control excessive talking and any inappropriate actions/language. If any guest behavior jeopardizes the holistic safety of any individual or the quality of the tour, UCLA Cub Tour Guides reserve the right to end the tour at any time.Significant behavioral issues on tours may jeopardize your future visits with UCLA Cub Tours. This page displays all available tours for UCLA’s current academic quarter. Since tour schedules are published based on guide availability, tour times for future months will be released closer to the start of the next academic quarter. Dates and/or times not shown are not available.
You can submit only one reservation, multiple submissions will be deleted. If a date is marked as available, it does not guarantee the ability to accommodate your group size. If you attempt to register for an available date and are unable to do so, we encourage you to select another date.
