UCLA Vibes: NACAC Campus Visit Day

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Grab a free ride to and from UCLA Vibes using our charter bus service. Shuttles leave every hour from the LA Convention Center starting at 7:30 AM until 1:30 PM and will take you directly to campus.

For your return trip, buses will be circulating back from UCLA to the LA Convention Center starting at 10:30 AM, with the last bus leaving at 5:00 PM sharp. No registration is needed for the return—just show up at your preferred time! Please note that the 5:00 PM bus is the final departure of the day, so plan accordingly.

UCLA Shuttle Service pick-up and drop-off is located at Gilbert Lindsay Plaza, directly across Pico Blvd from the LA Convention Center. Our staff will be stationed outside in the plaza to welcome and check you in. Please have the QR code from your email available to help keep our check-in process as smooth as possible.

Ride-Hailing

Planning to get to campus via Uber, Lyft or another ride service? Just set your destination to “UCLA Flag Pole, Portola Plaza,” and you’ll land right at Dickson Court South. From there, you will be close to all the action—just head east and check in at our Welcome booth.

Directions and Parking

As a visitor, you need to pay for parking before you exit the parking structure. Make sure to find a pay station or use the mobile app option before leaving. If you’re driving or using a ride-hailing service, consider carpooling with others going to campus.

UCLA Vibes attendees should park in Structure 2 or Zone #2503. The direct address to Structure 2 is 602 Charles E. Young Drive, East, Los Angeles 90095.

Self-service pay stations: UCLA parking pay stations give you short-term parking options on campus. Parking rates range from $3 per hour to $15 for the day, and reduced evening rates are available.
- All self-service pay stations use pay-by-plate technology.
- Once parked, go to the nearest parking pay station.
- Enter your license plate number. If you do not have a license plate number, please enter the last 6 (six) digits of your Vehicle ID Number (VIN). Your VIN can be found on the driver's side door or the lower driver's side of the windshield.
- Choose the amount of time that you would like to spend on campus.
- Pay using exact cash amount or with a credit card.
- For those using their VIN, please place your receipt on your dashboard.
ParkMobile (pay by smartphone). UCLA allows customers to purchase parking with ParkMobile
- Go to https://parkmobile.io.
- Enter Zone #2503 associated with parking structure and select UCLA.
- Select the amount of time you wish to park.
- Check out, Select “Continue As Guest.”
- Enter your license plate number, Country, and State. If you do not have a license plate number, please enter
  the last 6 (six) digits of your Vehicle ID Number (VIN). Your VIN can be found on the driver's side door or the
  lower driver's side of the windshield.
- Pay using a credit card. Parking charges include an additional $0.35 convenience fee per transaction.
Disabled Parking: Visitors with a Disabled Person Parking Placard or License Plates may park using the Self-Service Pay Station or ParkMobile. DP Placards must be visible at all times.
